Mr. Samuel Lee is the Founder and Executive Director of the RE Global Group (RE Global Property Management & Consulting Sdn Bhd and RE Global Realtor Sdn Bhd). He is a Registered Valuer, Registered Estate Agent and Property Manager recognized by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents Malaysia.
Mr. Samuel Lee is responsible for the management and business development of the company in Malaysia and Global Services. He has more than 18 years of experience in this industry and was an associate director of a reputable international real estate service firm.
Mr. Samuel Lee has experience in valuation of various kinds of properties for submission to the Securities Commission and for purposes of loan financing, financial reports and fair value accounting, due diligence, initial public offering, mergers & acquisitions, share issuance, investment portfolio, asset valuation, development project funding valuation, other internal management purposes, accounting, compulsory land acquisition, real property gain tax and leasing.
Mr. Samuel Lee is also involved in property agency, investment sales, project marketing and marketing consultancy, market research, feasibility studies, portfolio management, development concept studies, land investment and feasibility studies, development planning consultancy, advisory of acquisitions, disposal and lease for various types of land and buildings.
He is also providing training program for real estate negotiators.

Mr Cornelius Wong Kee Soon, is one of the founders of RE Global Group (RE Global Property Management & Consulting Sdn Bhd and RE Global Realtor Sdn Bhd). He is a Registered Valuer, Registered Estate Agent and Property Manager recognized by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents Malaysia. He is also a Member of Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia.
Mr Cornelius Wong is responsible for the management and business development of the company in East Malaysia. He has been practicing real estate professional services and consultation for more than 18 years, gained both locally and regionally.
His experience includes non-statutory and statutory valuation for all types of properties such as oil palm plantations, palm oil mills, forest concessions, new township developments, hotels and hospitality resorts, commercial retail and office complexes, industrial complexes and factories, educational institution, port and so on including plant and machinery for various purposes such as submission to Securities Commission, Foreign Investment Committee, Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad, corporate management, mortgage financing, advice on sale and purchase prices, foreclosure proceedings, rating/local taxation, compulsory land acquisition & compensation and real property gain tax.
He also has experience in research, consultancy, feasibility and market study on commercial shopping complexes, hotels, office blocks, industrial, condominium and residential development.
His experience also covers property development consultancy, investment analysis, property management, real estate agency, project marketing planning/implementation, leasing, consultancy on development design and joint-venture development.
He is also providing training program for real estate negotiators.
Prior to joining the company, he was a sole proprietor of real estate service firm.
